Common questions
Before you rent.
Will my rate go up after I move in?
Not for 24 months. Your unit rate is written into your lease and locked for 24 months from your move-in date with AutoPay and an account in good standing. If a payment fails or your account goes past due, the locked rate can change under the terms of your lease.
Do I have to sign a two-year lease?
No. Every rental is month-to-month. The 24-month rate lock does not require a 24-month rental. It holds your rate, not you.
What if I move out early?
Give us 14 days’ notice, clear out your unit and settle any balance. There is no early move-out penalty.
Is AutoPay required?
AutoPay is required to keep the 24-month rate lock. You set it up when you rent online. Questions about paying another way? Call or text (580) 265-5708.
Is storage protection extra?
For enclosed storage units, protection is required, but you can use your own homeowners or renters coverage. Just send us proof. If you don’t have coverage, our protection plan starts at $9 a month, added to your unit rent. Our storage protection plan doesn’t apply to outdoor vehicle, RV or boat parking, so parking spaces have no protection charge. There is no admin fee and no tax.
How soon can I move in?
Usually the same day. Rent and sign online and your personal gate code is texted to you, usually within a minute. Gate hours are 8am to 8pm every day.
