4. Qualification Period: Wait for 60 days post your referral’s move-in.

5. Eligibility Check: After 60 days, reach out to us to verify if your referral is still an active, paying tenant without any overdue balances.

6. Receiving Your Bonus: If all conditions are satisfied, choose between:

- A $50 Amazon Gift Card.

- A $50 credit on your Lawton U Store bill.

7. Maximum Annual Payout: The total referral bonuses (either gift cards or credits) you can receive in a year is capped at $350.
